Where do the ships dock in Tortola? (In what city?)

They dock in Roadtown. The town, what there is of it, is within walking distance of the pier.

Would love to go to Pussers landing when we are on Tortola, my DH is disabled so can`t walk far. About how far is it and would it be better to take a cab?....jean
