Can anyone tell what is right above the VQ100045? Looks like a sunning area on the observation deck that doesn't completely cover the cabins below.

Can anyone tell what is right above the VQ100045? Looks like a sunning area on the observation deck that doesn't completely cover the cabins below.

 

The foward section of the Observation deck (above cabin VQ10045)

does have an area with lounge chairs. It appears to cover that particular cabin, IMHO. :)

I agree with Dragon. There is like a open deck of lounge chairs right above you.

Thanks for your reply. But, it looks to me like the decking doesn't cover the whole area...is that an open space around the perimeter?
