Does anyone know if the pursurer's desk will cash travelers checks on board? We were thinking instead of carrying so much cash with us to just cash a travelers check before going into port each day. Although I like the casino idea as a back up plan.

Yes. I always use Traveller's Checks. I keep them in both US and Canadian funds. If I run out of US funds I switch to the Canadian ones with no trouble just the price that day plus the usually fees. I put them down as a credit on the ship too. I end up with a 0 balance that way.
