Need help with price drop.

Hi,
I have never cruised before. I booked about 6 weeks ago with cruisesonly. My trip is on the Triump on July 31. So this Friday will be 71 days before the cruise and the penalty kicks in.

I called about a month ago about a price reduction I saw on Carnival. My TA was very nasty but gave me a small drop. I saw the price drop again and called back when I knew she wasn't working. That TA was nicer and gave me another credit and said she "was very surprised that Carnival did it again".
I have never received anything to indicate that I truly did get a drop in price. What should I do to prove it before it is too late?
Also, I see the price has dropped again (about $50 each). Do I have any chance of getting that before the penalty phase starts? I even see the trip about $150 cheaper on other sites.

If that price drops 10 times or a 100 times you are entitled to get that price. Whenever prices came down and I got a price reduction I didnt get any confirmation in the mail. (guess I took my travel agents word. Keep a log on the times you call and when you make final payment next week only pay what you have to. (the travel agent should know how much less you have to pay0
after final payment if your price comes down more you want ship credit or an upgrade. (the ship credit may not be as much as the reduction but it should be somethintg

footballmom... i was just curious where you saw the price drop on the conquest? was type of room and what price did you see it for? We paid $787.00 per person for the 9/19 Conquest for a balcony guarantee without insurance. I am SO sorry! A few days after I first signed up at this site, things pertaining to my user name "footballmom" went wacky! It said I had 37 posts when I had less than 5. And now that Conquest stuff comes up and I don't know how to get rid of it for good! And there are posts with my user name but I didn't write them! It is probably written by the person that is going on the Conquest.
I just try to remember to "uncheck" the signature box when I post! I guess I forgot.
I am going on the Triumph on July 31. My first cruise!
So sorry about this! I hope I can get it straightened out!
