OBC is only given if your cruise was paid in FULL!

Credit to your credit card is only for Cruises you have CRUISED ALREADY

and paid the fuel surcharge on. RC will be crediting the Fuel Surcharge back to the form of payment you used when you booked that CRUISE!

For cruises you have booked and have paid the fuel surcharge on , but have not sailed yet or paid in Full, Your invoice will deduct the fuel surcharge off before final payment is due!

Hope this answers your ???

We were paid in full for cruise, have not yet sailed, but were credited with $70 on our cc as well. Our traveling companions, same situation, are being given OBC of $70...so some inconsistency in what rccl is doing in this regard. Didn't matter to us, but fyi.
