Barcelona walking/biking tours - any suggestions?

We will have an overnight in Barcelona on our upcoming Med cruise, and we are looking for some suggestions for a walking or biking tour in the city. Any suggestions of any good companies to use/tours to take?

There is a bike tour company in Barcelona called Fat Tire Bike tours. You can find them on line. We are planning on doing this tour in July.

We were on a Costa cruise and did the bike tour through the ship tours, and it was fantastic! They included back packs with gatorade and snacks!! Got to keep the backpack...a great souvenir. So I guess I would check to see what your ship offers as well!:) :)

I found the Fat Tire company on line, among others, and I really like them. I think that this is the one that we are going to do. Sounds like a great way to see a lot of stuff.
