PC, Matzatlan, Cabo What to do? Beaches?

Anyone have info on beaches? My husband and I love the beach and scenic stuff. Not really interested in the cruise line excursions. Heard Lovers Beach is good in Cabo. Don't know where to go in Matz or PC. Don't care for riding horses even though everyone says it's great. Any suggestions appreciated.

nuevo vallarta, north of PV has the best beaches, but is a little pricey because of the cab ride. You can do stone island by yourself and have the beach to yourselves or go to a hotel. the beaches in Mex are nice but its not the caribbean.
