Hidden Costs? Booking via TA at Cunard Germany

Hello,

 

today I got my creditcard statemant on which the final booking fee was withdrawn from my card. The fee was more than €800 higher than expected.:eek:

 

The amount for the crossing from Hamburg to New York (cruise M829, for three in a B4 stateroom) with a return flight to Germany on the bill was €7.350 and I paid €735 as prepayment short after booking (this fee was also withdrawn from my creditcard from Cunard). Now Cunard has withdrawn €7468 as final payment without giving information about the higher amount.:mad:

 

The sum of pre- and final payment is now €8203 which is €853 higher than the bill we got last year. Until now I can't declare this difference.:confused:

 

If I look at the Cunard (Gemany)-Website I can still book the crossing for €7350 plus fuel surcharge of €8,50/person/day.

 

Can anyone declare the diffence?

 

I will visit my TA tomorow and hope he can clear up the situation.

the problem is solved by my TA today. There was an error at Cunard and now they will refund the money which was overpaid.
