Catamaran excursion-Laguna San Rafael, Chile

Has anyone taken this excursion, and if so, what did you think about it? It's pricey, but looks like the only option available for this day. It sounds similar to the Tracy Arm excursion we took in Alaska that we really enjoyed. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Can't speak to the Oceania excursion there, but have been to LSR on other ships. The ship will sail into the laguna, where it will then serve as a "mother ship" for cats that then sail further up to a large glacier. If you have seen glaciers before and they do nothing for you, skip this shorex. OTOH, it is quite impressive, and the ride on the cat to the glacier face is attractive, through a fjord.

On the other ship, this was complimentary for all passengers - you just took your turn on the cats. I enjoyed the scenery and took many photos.
