tips on gambling

Im not big gambler but any tips if i decided to give it a go in casino on how it works regarding getting chips,do I pay by euros or sterling? going on Thomson Destiny in late sep,will probably come out of casino less well off than when i went in but hey,it my holiday!:p

If memory serves me correctly you can pay for your chips in cash or have them charged to your onboard account. Best tip is to watch the players for a while before committing yourself and perhaps attend some of the "fun" sessions to get a feel. And don't forget that the house always wins, so only bet what you can afford to lose!

Last year, they put on beginners sessions. I think it was £20 and the croupiers gave you tips etc. For a non-gambler it was a lot of fun and it was not taken seriously. Look out for details in Cruise News.
