Has anyone been on this recently? I see from their website that they have a new boat - Kanoa II. I am trying to find out info on this boat. I am looking for a really nice boat for my 82 year old father. We will be sunning, snorkeling, etc but he cannot and I am looking for a VERY nice boat with good food and a comfortable place to sit. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest you look at the Hula Kai from the folks who run the Fair Wind II. Here's a link to more information on this really quite nice, upscale, new catamaran: http://www.fair-wind.com/hula_kai_overview.htm

If you check the photo gallery you will see that this is more of a "luxe" experience, with a small number of passengers, lots of comfortable seating and shady areas, etc. compared to more of the 100+ passenger boats.
