Body Glove vs. Fairwinds II or anything else - KONA

Has anyone been on Body Glove recently? I see from their website that they have a new boat - Kanoa II. I am trying to find out info on this boat. I am looking for a really nice boat for my 82 year old father. We will be sunning, snorkeling, etc but he cannot and I am looking for a VERY nice boat with good food and a comfortable place for him to sit. Any suggestions?

 

Also what about Fairwinds II? I've read that the snorkeling is great but how is the boat? New? Old?

 

Fairwinds II also has a new boat, Hula Kai, but it doesn't go out on Wed, the day we are there.

Sorry, can't help with any Body Glove information, but we have been on the Fairwind several times and love our day with them. The boat is not that new but it is very well kept, the crew is wonderful. The cabin area is very large with padded bench seating as I remember around the inside perimeter of the cabin and big open windows for cross breeze. The cabin area is easy to move around in and offers good shade . DH's brother who is 80 loved the day with them. They have very easy water access too from wide steps down into the water. He hadn't planned to snorkel or swim but he did using an inner tube and a crew's assistance.
