Panamal Canal Cruise on Princess

We will be taking a 10 day Panama canal cruise on Coral Princess this upcoming November. Some of our port calls are Ocho Rios, Jamaica; Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Nicaragua near Granada; and Guatemala near Antiqua. Does anyone have recommendations regarding on shore excursions? Is the pricing the same through Princess vs. arranging your own tours? Does anyone have any tour companies they would recommend? We are interested in tubing, snorkling, as well as historical/architectual tours, markets and/or seeing the highlights of the area. any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I heard both that cruise and the Coral Princess are fantastic. I wish HAL also did the full transit in 10 nights.

Usually the full transit of the canal is 14 days.
