Sovereign , room service, charge for food or not?

Someone said the Nachos from room service are the best they have ever had. I may want to try some. Is the food from room service free or is there a charge ( other than the tip?)

 

I know that Johnny Rockets and Ben and Jerry plus the specialty restaurants are extra, and the beverage package, but I'm not sure about other food. Thanks

nachos? did they mean the chili chorizo dip with corn chips?
