Question on transfer to Pier from Hotel

We are doing the 14 day Panama on the Coral in Feb and have booked our hotel and transfers in Fort Lauderdale through Princess. Does anyone know how they handle the morning of the cruise?

 

1) Do you just wait at the hotel until it is time to go to the ship, or

2) Does Princess provide any tour options on that day.

 

We had seen a tour on airboats through the everglades that sounded fun, but according to the generic tours offered, it does not look like you can do it pre-cruise, that it is only offered post cruise?

I don't know about FLL, but other ports where we have had a pre-cruise stay thru Princess, they have NOT offerred any tours the morning of the cruise.

Thank you, the only port that we had this done has been when we were in Auckland and that was with RC. So wasn't sure how Princess did this. This is the first time we did the pre-cruise through Princess, usually we book on our own. We will see how this works out.
