What is the difference between the Café Caribe and the Horizon Court buffets?

Caribe Cafe is kind of an extension and just aft of Horizon Court.

 

On some days breakfast will be served in both locations although the selection in Carib Cafe is not quite as extensive.

 

For lunch, one or both sides of Horizon Court may be open. Carib Cafe also may be open for lunch with a themed buffet, ie. Oriental, etc.

 

For dinner, Caribe Cafe will be open while Horizon Court is closed. Once again the meals usually carry a theme.

 

If you have trouble finding a table in either restaurant you can usually find one in the other even though the serving line in that restaurant may not be open.

We loved Cafe Caribe on the Emerald Princess.In the evenings tables were set with linens, waiter avaiable to pour water and take drink orders.

Also the site of the very yummy seafood buffet on day 1.

We loved the Carib Cafe on the Emerald. It was a great alternative to the main dining room menu. If nothing caught our interest on the main dinning room menu we didn't hesitate to go to the Carib Cafe for a themed buffet...my personal favorites were the German and Italian diners. The service was outstanding.
