Liberty Of The Seas cabins 1686/1688 - any info?

We have these two cabins booked for August 2009, portside aft. Slightly worried they may be a bad choice as we were originally looking at a cruise 2 weeks prior & were offered the same two rooms! Am wondering if there's something wrong with them! Would appreciate any feedback from cruisers who have stayed in those particular cabins. We're totally new to cruising and quite bewildered!

Thanks.

Ther's absolutely NOTHING wrong with either cabin--why would you think there was? They are a bit too far aft, for me--I'd rather be closer to the elevator/stair access, but they have no obstructions, connecting doors, or any of the other things many detest!....those cabins will be just like any other of that catagory! Enjoy!

Thanks for that! We were just concerned that both rooms were available for both cruises when there weren't that many adjoining rooms left on the ship! We won't mind the walk to the lifts- will need to burn up all the calories we'll be consuming!
