Is it possible to rent golf carts in Key West to drive around the city? If so where and cost???? Not interested in scooters - too dangerous...for us over 60 travelers.

If you arrive by cruise ship you won't have to look for them, trust me.:D

Mike is correct. They will find you. They are legal in the City to drive. I don't know how flexible they are in price but if you're a bargain hunter you may be able to negotiate a little. Keep in mind they pay at least 20% commision to other attraction sellers so you might use that as a tool.

As soon as you get off the ship at Mallory Square you will be hit up by cart renters. We rented a cart for four and rode all around the island, literally. I think it was around 100.00 after all the add ons for 8 hours. Worth the price if you dont wanna stay right in the middle of old town all day.
