Can British passengers use the 'personal baggage service' ?

 

If so has anyone used it-any comments?

I've used it two or three times. Mostly between home and Ft Lauderdale. Anita Mann, who organises it at Blue Lagoon, is very efficient and, when I had a minor problem on one occasion, sorted it very quickly. Personally, I would phone her direct, rather than Southampton, as she will deal with it anyway. Not cheap, but, depending on the circumstances, very useful.
