As always this site never let's you down-you are all great with your ideas! I love the tip with the maps, but, where do you look for a local Caribbean map before you depart? Any ideas? Teachers-any sites to visit? I'm sure mom & dad will appreciate any away time we can spend with our darlin' grandson;)

You can find large rolled up maps at stores like Barnes & Noble around the travel guide books. I have never looked for just Carib maps, but you can find world and US and Western hemisphere, etc. which may still probably cover your home as well as your cruising area. Personally, I'd go with the world map so he can learn to see the bigger picture and dream big! Good luck.

Rand McNally has maps of the Caribbean islands and area - http://store.randmcnally.com/category/international+maps/caribbean.do

I would also recommend the map of Cancun from this site -

http://www.cancunmap.com/cozumel_map.html These are very detailed.

Here is a link to a site that has good maps that you can print out - http://www.worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/carib.htm

I would also look at Barnes and Noble as the PP suggested. They have many maps of areas around the world.

Hope this helps.

One would think AAA would be able to hook one up with a map.

I am surprised no one has mentioned the over the door shoe bag with the individual pockets, it is a must have to hang on the inside of the bathroom door to store all the incidentals.

Not only do we have a over the door shoe bag,but we have two..One for short cruises, and 24 slots for longer cruises..It is difficult to describe, how wonderful this item is..

All personal items, tooth paste, deodorant, sun creen, make-up. hair spray. medicines, hair brush and combs,. spray net, and so forth. No clutter in bathroom..Tobyhilda
