Internet Access on Solstice

Hi all.. Sailing the Solstice mid April.. couple questions:

 

1) Do ALL rooms have access to wireless internet?

2) If so, what is the cost and what is the easiest way to purchase this before or on the first day of the cruise?

3) If anyone has experience Princess' internet access yet, how have you found it? Speed, etc?

 

I cruised on the Constellation a couple years back and my experience with the internet access was discouraging so any information would be appreciated! I was told before the cruise that all cabins had access, but after boarding found out we had to use the Cafe, etc.

 

Having access to the net while on vacation would help me relax. :)

Wireless Internet works all over the ship. It worked very well in my cabin, but not on the Verandah. Following are the charges as posted on the X website:

 

 

Internet access is available in the Internet Café 24 hours a day until debarkation is completed. Internet minutes are available at 5 different rates:

 

• $0.65cents a minute with no package.

• $40 for 75 minutes

• $60 for 125 minutes

• $80 for 185 minutes

• $100 for 260 minutes.

 

If you sign up the first day you get a bonus!

Bring a laptop, it's faster than the CC provided computers - I got 2 MBPS download and about 500KBPS upload at off hours. I was in an aft veranda 7364.
