Villa Ephrussi/Kerylos Mansion and Chagall Museum - Monte Carlo port

we dock in Monte Carlo from 6am-4pm, we have been here before and visited St. Paul de Vence, Eze, Nice, Monte Carlo, Monaco, palace, etc....

 

This time I would like to visit the Villa Ephrussi and Greek Villa Kerylos - and possibly add the Chagall Museum and Matisse Museum in Nice....

 

How doable is any or all of this from Monte Carlo - on our own - or would it be better to hire tour guide (who we used last year) to just hit the spots we want - and include a light lunch at one of the locations (Nice or near the Villas?)
