Speaking of Upgrades...

Has anyone who's booked through a timeshare company ever received an upgrade to their cabin? From what I can tell our ship isn't full and we did book almost 8 months ago, so I'm wondering if there's any possibility at all, knowing our timeshare does have a block of cabins that are in the upgrade range as well.

yes you can get an upgrade, did you go through rci? I know my mother and her friends told the ta through rci that we saw a cheaper price for a nicer cabin on another site and the rci ta verified it and sent a fax to the cruise line getting it okay to lower the price and give an upgrade to the nicer cabin on higher floor.

We've booked through Wyndham Vacations. Haven't any idea of how their plan works. On the other hand, we paid $365 US for two people including taxes and port charges.
