hilltopfamily Posted November 19, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2004 Okay---this isn't really very important, but I hate to use the wrong "lingo" so here's my question: What is the name of the "card" for RCI that you use for boarding & purchases? On Disney it was the "Key to the World" Card, or "KTTW" as we typed it. Then on Carnival it was the Sail & Sign card, or S&S card, as we typed it. Since I just booked us with RCI (Yippee!!!!), I need to find out what it's called over here! :D Furthermore, if I'm referring to the Adventure of the Seas, it is okey- dokey to type it as "AOS"? Thanks!

WISara Posted November 19, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 19, 2004 ok i haven't actually taken my cruise yet -but everyone keeps calling it the Sign and Sail card? I think that's what it is called and most just write S&S card :D I'm on the SOS (Serenade of the Sea) but since there are other "s" ships in the fleet I just say Serenade - have a blast! debandbill Posted November 19, 2004 #5 Share Posted November 19, 2004 Its officially Seapass....sign and sail is mostly used as a generic term on this board.
brn2crz Posted November 19, 2004 #6 Share Posted November 19, 2004 AOS is acceptable for that ship...Not that it matters...but it seems most just stick to saying Adventure,Voyager..Mariner,Rhapsody etc... mainly because there are so many with same initials... ROS could be Radiance or Rhapsody SOS could be Soverign or Serenade,Splendour. MOS could be Monarch,Mariner,Majesty. EOS ..Enchantment,Empress.Explorer... It doesn't matter what you call it...Just don't call it a boat..:D (or rccl...I don't know why....that just bugs me...) Have a great trip...
