cruisinlibrarian Posted February 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2009 For the past week, I have not been able to see any information when I log into My NCL account. I get the "welcome..."message at the top but no information regarding my current reservation or my profile. The screen just says "NCL system error". I called today and it was confirmed that my reservation information is no longer accessible due to system problem. :confused:The NCL rep said it would be corrected sometime in the future but not before my cruise:( Has anyone else encountered this same problem? Just wondering...
graysladymurphy Posted February 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2009 No, both our reservations are coming up fine.
rsinj Posted February 18, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2009 NCL website always has a problem - it's hit or miss. I've seen similar messages at various times prior to our cruise. As long as you have your cruise docs you're good to go. Enjoy! Howard

Partyatsea Posted February 18, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 18, 2009 We had this problem also a few months back and I can't remember what resolved it, I do however remember we did it on the phone with NCL.
Traveller20074 Posted February 18, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2009 When I first logged on and did the check-in, etc. I made copies of everything. You might want to do that IF by chance you get in again. I have had no problems at all logging in...
