Found out we have an upper and lower bunk. UGH! We were hoping for side by sides. Is there any way to get that changed? Would it cost extra? Can I go ahead and change it without already having my cruise documents?

You should contact whoever you booked through - TA or cruiseline direct - asap and ask about it. Might cost you, might not.

yep- you booked a cat 1A which are bunk beds.

 

Probably thought to book the cheapest and get upgrade to the next leval. Most upgrades are happening within the Category and ot going to the next level.
