PeggyMc Posted March 23, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2009 Does carnival do any arts & crafts activities for adults or just kids? If so is there a charge and are they worthwhile? Thanks
Jacky4 Posted March 23, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2009 Camp Carnival definitely does it with kids at no charge. I've never seen any for adults.
miraclecavs Posted March 23, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2009 Carnival does give a towel folding class for all ages, though, which I actually really enjoyed. You learn to make the animals like the room attendants do.
Elationismyship Posted March 23, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I've seen them have drink making classes -- or demos.
Love_the_sun Posted March 23, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 23, 2009 There were adult arts & crafts twice a day all four days we were at sea on the Miracle 3/13 - 3/21. We made several needlepoint projects, bookmarks, visors, a post-it holder - and more! Plus they gave raffle tickets at every session & gave out little prizes at the end. I love PAM the arts & crafts person and she was wonderful and patient and we met some really nice people at the class, too, and even got a handmade needlepoint MIRACLE bookmark from a fellow crafter.:)

pe4all Posted March 24, 2009 #7 Share Posted March 24, 2009 I don't know if you consider this "arts and crafts", but Miracle had scrapbooking classes. There were quite a few people there learning how to do it.
PeggyMc Posted March 24, 2009 Author #8 Share Posted March 24, 2009 Where there charges to participate? If the time was right it would be fun.
