Carnival Destiny pool

I have a question. Does the Carnival Destiny still have 2 swim-up bars? I looked online, but didn't see anything.

No swim-up bars.

 

I know there used to be one at the midship pool, but it wasn't operating when I was on Destiny several years ago.

Are you referring to the Solar Bar and the Stellar Bar? Yep! They're still there!!!

Here is a picture taken Feb '09, of the Stellar Bar. No swim up bar.

 

 

This is where the Solar Bar used to be. The first time I sailed Destiny, there were stools for a swim up bar, but you could not be served there. The stools are now gone....as is the bar. The bar is now starboard (on the smoking side, but half of the bar is non-smoking).

No swim up bar that I can recall. Stellar bar is next to the pool and I was very impressed that they enforced the adults only.

aww I didn't even know it used to have swim up bars, now I know what I am missing out on! hehe that's ok they look close enough I think I can manage to walk over.
