Has anyone flown from Chicago to HNL, Hawaii lately on United (Flight 1 and 2)? Can you tell me if there are TVs in seats on flight in Economy or power outlet - airline shows conflicting info for seating maps. Thanks! Any good ideas for how to keep kids busy for 9 hr flight???

I took those flights in 2006 and they did not have personal TVs at that time. Maybe they've upgraded since then. Have your tried looking at seatguru.com?? they have info as to which seats are better than others on each flight...they may be have that information.

There are no power ports in economy on United. And I don't believe that United has the seat back video screens on their North American 777s, just the overhead projectors.

I'm on that flight too at 9:58 to HNL(coming from Tampa)-what day are you going? Seat Guru really doesn't give that info that I could find either. We're in Economy Plus but that really doesn't make a difference-just a wee bit more legroom.
