In Closing,

After many letters to Carnival about this Swine Flu Cruise, they finally released the following information:

I now realize these changes had a more substantial impact on your cruise experience than I had anticipated, and it was not the memorable vacation we had hoped to provide. We value our relationship with you and hope we can win back your confidence. We would welcome the opportunity of having you sail with us again and hope you will accept our offer of a 50% cruise fare discount on a future 3-7 day Carnival vacation, departing before December 2010.

I have say, I don't know what was their problem when you embarked, but for us it was the shortest and least crowded embark and debarkation process I have seen. (We arrived about 12:45 pm.) We were in our room in about 10 - 15 minutes. Maybe it will be better for you next time!

Probably because they cleared the ship so fast with us since we didn't have to do customs. Glad it was better for you!
