Mexican Riv Walking Tour?

We'll be doing a Mexican Riv cruise in July with Royal Caribbean.

 

On our past cruises, we've never done a walking tour, or any kind of city tour, and I thought it would be nice to do something different, since we know PV and Cabo will probably be beach days.

 

Have any of you ever done a walking tour in Mazatlan? Out of our 3 stops, do you think this would be the place to do something like that?

 

It would be my husband and I, and our two girls who are 15 and 19.
