AKL - SYD on LAN Chile (managed to get 300$ AI OW business class on that route -- and got upgraded to F!)

LAX - LHR on Air NZ

JFK - YVR on Cathay

YYZ - JFK on LAN.

Often airlines that have 5th freedom rights on specific routes offer those routes inexpensively (another example is PR's YVR-LAS flight).

 

However, they're not always that inexpensive. CX's JFK-YVR is just as much, if not more than AC or CO's flight from EWR to YVR.

 

However, while you're looking at various flights, Air India also have some cheap ones from JFK to the UK (which go onto India)
