Where can we whales?

Can anyone advise where we might be able to see whales in the Caribben please. We will be there in late January/early February and this is something we would really like to do. I've been in touch with Sea Breeze in St vincent but unfortunately he can only help if we manage to get a bigger group together and this may not be possible. Any suggestions please.

We did the whale watch tour with Anchorage in Dominica. It was great, but they only do certain days.

This October we are going with Island Style excursions (google Dominica and Island Style). Captain Jerry looks fantastic!
