Eastern Med Sea Conditions in July?

Can someone tell me what the eastern med sea conditions might be in July? We are on the Odyssey from Istanbul to Athens. Thanks!

Anywhere from smooth as glass, to rough as hell! You know, you never can tell what the seas might do--one day can be calm and beautiful, the next, the wind can kick up and cause all kinds of roughness. There's really no way to predict!

Not known to be that bad. Usually very good.

Thanks for the input. We just didn't know what to expect. Hoping seasickness won't be an issue.
