Hotel Pre-Cruise in Nice, France

I am looking for a decent hotel that won't break the bank, and is in an area close to everything.

We stayed at Le Grimaldi. It's central, close to a nice shopping district, and about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, Vieux Nice. Watch out, "grimaldi" is a common name, and there are multiple hotels with similar names. Here's the website to the hotel, we got upgraded to a junior suite which was nice, had a terrace and two bathrooms:
