Does Carnival honor price drops after final payment has been made?

Not true...If you call you will sometimes get an upgrade but never have I ever seen a refund.

Actually, it is true. I saw the answer, so didnt post before since the person gave the information. The OP did not tell us which rate they booked, but if it is Early Saver, they can get refundable OBC to spend onboard .... which is pretty much like a refund.

 

They can get a refund sometimes if they paid it off early before Carnival's final payment date, etc. There are times they can indeed get a refund.
