suz1607 Posted August 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Has anyone ever had this problem? Seems that I was only credited with the last three days of a 13 day cruise. I am still working on the problem and will let you know the outcome.
garycarla Posted August 8, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Not sure what you are saying? Your play disappeared? Or those points where you get some money back? Or something else? How did you even know something was lost?
suz1607 Posted August 8, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted August 8, 2009 I called to get discounted CAS cruise for next year and was told they had no record of my play for the first 10 days of my last cruise therefore had to base my discount on only the last three days play. Needless to say, since I am a dedicated CAS player with many points for that cruise which I can prove by the amount credited to my end-of-cruise bill for that cruise [ over 400 points] I am quite upset. I am calling back to hopefully get this straightened out. Just wondered if it had happened to anyone else.
CRUZIN TOM Posted August 8, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Well if you had over 400 points, there would be a record of that. Because, you should have gone to the Casino on the last day and have your points, in this case it would have been $400.00 of crdiet on your statement. This would be easy to track.:)
