What is the space between 7052/7055 and 7066/7069?

Is this a space that crew goes in and out of frequently?

I believe that it is an emergency equipment closet/emergency exit, as the fire bulkhead crosses the ship through that space (on the 7052/7055 side).

 

As such, you won't even know that it is there, unless you need it, in which case you will be thrilled that it is.

 

The self service laundry is further aft, between 7076 and 7079.

There are a lot of unmarked spaces in the center sections. StanandJim have a better memory than I do as to specifically what is in what space, but there are myriad storage spaces for the cabin stewards, etc., and other shipboard equipment.

If I remember correctly, StanandJim has a lot of posts explaining the mechanics of ship and dynamics of waves and ship motion. I won't be surprised that he may even have R ship's blueprint.;)
