What to do in Bar Harbor on 10-24-11

Well I am sad because the two things I wanted to do when we go to Bar Harbor are closing the day before we get there on the Jewel. I wanted to Jordan Pond House and Lulu's Lobster boat and both told me they close the 23rd.

What else to do there since this is the 3rd time we have been?

Any ideas?

We love the morning sail on the Margaret Todd... not sure if that is still offered that late in October either? Oli's Trolley to the Park operating then?

The shops will be offering great sales!! This has happened to us twice.

Acadia air has a booth on the pier and free transportation to the airport.They offer several flight options and the cost is reasonable

Wear cold weather motorcycle gear that time of year if going in their WACO open cockpit plane. :eek:. Don't forget the gloves...
