Thursday 4-21-11 Weigh In -- All Welcome

Good Morning - I believe that Belle is still away, so I am starting the weigh in thread for this week. Please post, hope everyone had a good week. Jan

Haven't seen any postings yet!!! I'll start

I am down 1.2# this week. (that is .2# more on this newest round of getting healthy.

I now have .3# to go ... I think I could maintain it for the rest of my life, but I would still be 9# overweight. I'm going to try for the 9# tl get into the "normal" weight, but that is really skinny for me ... I will be a 6/8 ... I just don't know if my body will stay there. Shouldn't worry about it until it happens!!! :rolleyes: Jan

Had too much fun this week.

Up one pound to 175. Staying up much too late and then too tired to get in a workout, but it is the playoffs (just another excuse)

the reason! LOL

Had a good time but back to everything/stress

again, it's like I never was away. Hate that!

Guess that's life getting in the way of me living

Belle, welcome back, I'm now on vacation, but will be checking in on Thursday. I too was surprised on how few people weighed in this week!! Perhaps, it was school vacation for some parts of the country. (It was here anyway). Jan
