warminwintertexas Posted May 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2012 We have cruised on NCL in a suite in the past. There was a concierge to help with dinner reservations, tender tickets etc. He pretty much could work miracles. Is there such a person to coordinate requests for suite passengers on Celebrity? Those with experience in this realm - please advise. Thanks!

Rare cruisestitch Posted May 3, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Agree-- go to your butler for such requests. There may be a person on board known as the Concierge, but their job is primarily to help with shoreside arrangements -- if you want a dinner in a restaurant in town on a late port call, or a private driver somewhere booked ahead of time, or if you are suddenly called home and need help with plane reservations and such. You may also find them a source of information about the various ports (as opposed to the shore excursion staff who are really there just to sell excursions and know not much beyond that). For on-board requests, start with your butler.
warminwintertexas Posted May 3, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Thank you for your responses. I thought that might be where to begin but wanted to know from the "pros"! Thanks again!
dkjretired Posted May 3, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 3, 2012 There is a Concierge also who usually sets up for a couple hours a day. They are available to everyone on the ship.
