We are sailing in January 2007 for our 25th anniversary.:) Lobster was not served on a formal night in September. It was served on a Wednesday which was casual. We recently did two weeks on her and on both Eastern and Western, Lobster was not on the second formal night, but a casual night. This is how it was on the Navigator Eastern with the Lobster. ;) Saturday- sail from Miami Sunday- Sea day was - Formal Monday- at San Juan was - Venetian/casual Tuesday- St. Thomas was - Get Out There night/casual (there is no more Caribbean night) Wednesday- St, Maarten was - lobster/casual Thursday- Sea day was - Formal Friday- Nassau was- Feast of Nations/casual Saturday- Disembark __________________
cb at sea Posted December 30, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2006 If lobster is served on a formal night (and it's not always!!) it will be the 2nd one. The 1st is usually filet.

maggiecharlie Posted December 30, 2006 Author #8 Share Posted December 30, 2006 Do they serve Mango Tangos on the Navigator of the Seas. Do the optional resturants have good food? We have only sailed on Rhapsody of the Seas. This will be our first time on the Navigator of the Seas. :)
2ladies Posted December 30, 2006 #9 Share Posted December 30, 2006 Is a 'Get out there' night an improvement on a 'Caribbean' night? Where are we supposed to get out to?!:D Oh, I see, probably out on deck!! Betcha there is still that good ol' Caribbean band playing away up there!!! Or is it ........ a foam party??? Spill the beans 'someone'!!! Never heard of a style of food called 'Get out there'!! We are on the Radiance on Sunday for some New Year's Eve high jinks:eek:. Maybe we will have a 'Get out there' Menu!!

cruisewkid Posted February 6, 2015 #13 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Hi - I think I am refreshing an old thread! I am trying to make some specialty dining reservations for our April 5th Western Navigator of the Seas cruise. What is the order of "dinners", i.e. "themes" and formal attire nights? Thanks! minn0315 Posted February 7, 2015 #14 Share Posted February 7, 2015 We were on Navigator last week, 1/25 - 2/1/2015. This is the order: Day 1, Casual; Day 2,Formal; Day 3, Casual/70's Disco; Day 4, Smart Casual; Day 5, Casual; Day 6, Formal; Day 7, Casual. On day 2, formal, the entrees were: grilled salmon, shrimp ravioli, filet of barramundi fish, roasted duck, carved filet of beef tenderloin and artichoke filled crepes. Day 6, formal, the entrees were snow crab salad, cheese tortelloni, Lobster and Shrimp, short rib beef, Thai chicken breast, soy meatballs. We were so full from having lunch at Giovanni's Table on day 2 that we did not eat dinner. We DID eat dinner on day 6. the lobster tail is about 3 ounces and there are also three very small shrimp on the plate. We were hungry an hour later...
