KrabbyKelly Posted March 21, 2013 #19 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Call me crazy, but I loved the corned beef hash for breakfast on the Elation in September! I will have it every day of my cruise in June. I am drooling over it now! But, I didn't have a single bad meal on that cruise. I really liked everything! jalanajay Posted July 17, 2013 #24 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Agree with the previous posts on main courses and hot soups. And the best ones for me and my family are the desserts namely tiramisu, souffle, black forest cake, and the melted chocolate cake! Cheese cake and almond napoleon in the buffet! FlaGrl4Evr Posted July 17, 2013 #25 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Eggplant Parm. It is listed as a vegetarian entree. It is a stack of both breaded eggplant and breaded tomatoes with cheese and sauce. It is very, very good. The Roast Spring Chicken is also one of my favorites. It's half of a roasted chicken with a very flavorful stuffing underneath. For Soups, the Pumpkin soup is out of this world-good. I'm not a fan of the rich desserts so tend to order the cakes off of the Spa menu. They are light and fluffy with a whipped cream filling. They are made with Splenda so a little friendlier to the waistline. :)
