Does anyone have any suggestions on places to stay? We'll be in Sydney on the 18th of December and staying until our ship leaves on the 21st.

I would love a place that included breakfast. But we definitely need a place with a pool. My three love the water so it's a great way to keep them occupied after doing some sight seeing.

That's a brutally expensive time of year to be in Sydney.

If you're wanting to be in the Sydney CBD/Darling Harbour area, we've had good stays with the Meriton Serviced apartments and the Four Points by Sheraton. If you get closer down towards Circular Quay and the cruise ship terminal, prices go through the roof.

Another option would be to stay out by the beaches. Still expensive, but less need for a pool. Have a look at the Coogee Bay part of the world or even over in Manly.

Websites worth checking out are lastminute.com.au and wotif.com.

We stayed at the Menzies hotel in sydney included free breakfast but i think they only have max 2 adults and 2 children per room unless you booked 2 rooms?

You could look at the hyde park Inn which have a queen bed and 3 singles in the same room this was another one we were considering but we got the menzies very cheap though deal sites so went with that. I think this one includes free continental breakfast and free wifi also.
