Dinner

Looking for a romantic place to have dinner while docked in Curaçao. Would love for it to be on the water but doesn't really have to be. Also I read most shops close around 6, is this the case when there is a ship in port late? Would love to take a tour or do the beach for a few hours after docking at 2 but we really wanted to save this port to do most of our shopping in? Any thoughts are appreciated

There are plenty of restaurants right in town where you dock that are on the water...when you are ready for dinner just walk around (in a restaurant row kind of place) and pick one...I think the shops do close around 6 most of the time...hopefully someone who was in port late can respond...I would probably shop...it is such a nice town, with the pontoon bridge and waterfront area..
