Yes. (or no). We traveled Seattle to Kona last June and it was $800 pp. We kept hoping they would go down...no such luck. The year prior, my son flew round trip for $299

You may want to consider going from Seattle to avoid the international terminals in Hawaii.

Thank you, everyone. I ended up buying directly from Westjet Hnl/Vancouver round for $460 +$30 seat pick sale just before Thanksgiving. A person who used to live in Canada mentioned he hasn't seen prices much below $500 especially during cruise season.
