raindropsalways Posted November 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2015 Does anyone know if there is space for two small mobility scooters on the public buses. We plan on taking route 170, 172 or 174 in Central Amsterdam. We have taken the tram in the past and know that it does have space to accommodate both of us. Thank you, Betty

raindropsalways Posted November 28, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) Thank you very much. That is where had I started. Actually, I found an email address for them since their forms do not accept U.S. postal codes or telephone numbers. The only thing they told me is that those buses belong to Connexxion. This morning I decided to use Connexxion's form with a false phone number and post code just to send my message. I did advise them that the code and number was not mine. Hopefully, I will get a response from Connexxion. Those restrictive forms sure make it difficult for visitors. Regardless, I do enjoy visiting Amsterdam. Lots of great things to do and see and one can enjoy some real Dutch pancakes. Time permitting, we will stop at the Pancake Bakery on our way back to the ship. FreestyleNovice Posted December 8, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 8, 2015 Did you received an answer from Connexxion? I looked up the Dutch timetables and all three lines are "accessible by wheelchair, walking cane or stroller."
