Laid Back Beach Bar

Can anyone recommend a laid back beach bar in Nassau? We are fine walking to it or taking a bus/cab. We are only planning on staying for a few hours for lunch and a few drinks. We would prefer not to buy a day pass because we are not planning on spending the whole day.

Ive heard the tiki bikini hut is fun and laid back.

Bikini Tiki Hut on Junkanoo Beach. Fifteen minute walk from the ship. Just walk out thru the terminal out to the street and turn RIGHT toward Senor Frogs and keep walking, follow the signs. When you get to the beach it is the first hut/bar on the beach.

Basically posted the same question as the OP a few years ago and found this place and have been going ever since. Ask for Byron, the owner, tell him Tom Hanks sent you and he'll take good care of you!

We haven't booked yet, but we are looking at the first week of July.

We did too. Much more laid back than Senior Frogs for sure.

Not on the beach but right across from exit from cruise ship is the Bearded Clam, specials on beer and nice menu and Becky was very welcoming, had a steel drum player which always helps make it festive.

Going to check out the Tiki Hut in a couple of weeks!!
