Cozumel Beach Resort

I am going to Cozumel and wanted to get opinions about beach resorts. There will be 5 ships in port including Oasis. I have been to Mr Sanchos before and wondered if I have witnessed the best already or if anyone recommends anything else.

Best is such a subjective term. What's best for you may not be best for me.

Could you give us a little information about what YOU want?

I've only been to Playa Palancar and love it. But it is about 20 minutes south of town. There is no admission charge. If you want quiet, laid back with no water toys or pool, this is the place for you. If you want more activities you wouldn't like it.

We have been to Nachi Cocom and if you like quiet all inclusive and good food it is great. They limit to 100 and about 15 minutes by taxi. Not a lot of water toys and stuff.

In my opinion, Nachi Cocom is better than Mr Sanchos. Mostly because they only allow 100 people in there at max. Same beach as Mr Sanchos though but no vendors and crowds.

More upscale - Secrets has a day pass. Playa Azul is very beautiful and one of the top rated resorts in Cozumel.

You can hang out at the famous Money Bay as well. Or just do the Bar Hop.
