Rare mizLORInj Posted July 17, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2017 So while in Halifax we decided to do our own thing and visit 2 or 3 wineries. Just having a tough time picking out which ones. We also need a good place to have lobster for lunch--not sure if we'll find that near the wineries or back in Halifax. We've had lobster at Murphy's (it was ok) and at the one stand along the Harbor Walk on the waterfront. Open to other ideas. Thanks in advance! scotian1 Posted September 8, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 8, 2017 The view from the recently opened Lightfoot and Wolfville Winery. Great wine and tasty wood fire pizza can be had while enjoying the view from this patio. You can't go wrong with any of the vineyards in the Valley although my two favourites are Planter's Ridge and Blomidon Estate.
